● About
Where words meet the screen
I’ve explored the art of storytelling just about my entire life. I wrote my first short story in fourth grade titled “The Bloody Knife”—no doubt inspired by my obsession with the Goosebumps series at the time—and in my early 20s, I hand-wrote on scrap paper a number of stories while working the quiet 3rd shift in the basement of the NSA…
Telling stories that need to be told.
● Hope Dying
A Story of Life… and Death
Hope is 18 years old, a devoted listener to the “Your Death” podcast, and a wannabe stand-up comedian who will perform in front of anyone who will listen. She’s also terminally ill, but wants to retain agency over her dying body. After Hope chooses “Medical Aid in Dying”—without telling anyone—she must navigate the final week of her life while her clueless mother desperately continues to search for a way to save her daughter.
